Q - How much is the deposit?

20% of your chosen wedding package. It’s a non-refundable retainer deposit and is deducted from your final balance. Your final balance does not have to be cleared until 4 weeks before your wedding date.

Q - Can you save our date / pencil us in?

 Your wedding date is only officially secured when deposit is received. 

Q - Can we meet you before we book?

Of course! If you wish to meet up with me before booking, I’m more than happy happy to arrange a meeting in person.  If time or distance is an issue - we can always ‘Skype' or ‘Facetime’!

Q - Will you visit the venue before?

Where possible, I always prefer to do a venue-visit if I haven’t shot a wedding there before. I like to assess the location, meet the staff and look at travel options prior to the day itself. Obviously there are times where this is just not possible… like the wedding I shot on the most north-westerly beach in Scotland, or the wedding I shot in a tiny village in the Italian countryside! In these cases: I thrive in the creativity of being spontaneous too! 

Q - How far will you travel for a wedding?

The world is our oyster! I’m always up for an adventure!  If your wedding is in the midlands - I don’t charge for travel expenses. If your wedding is a lot further afield or abroad - an appropriate fee will be calculated.

Q - How long do we have to wait to receive our photographs?

5-7 weeks. I take immense pride in making sure every single image I present to you is the absolute best it can be. As much effort goes into the editing as it does on the day itself. Every single second of your story is important to me.  If i’m designing a bespoke storybook album for you - you can expect delivery 6-8 weeks from the date you share your selections with me.

Q - Are you insured?

Yes. I’m insured for both Public Liability and Professional indemnity.  I also hold up-to-date enhanced disclosure (DBS).

Q - Can we print / share our photos?

YES YES YES!!! - They are YOUR memories, YOUR people!  I want you to print them and share them… I want you to hang them on your walls and roll them out as presents to your loved-ones for years to come! I want you to make canvases, albums and key-rings! I even want you to put your mug on a mug!!!  You’ve hired me to document and create photographs of YOUR day - they are YOUR’S to cherish forever and do with as you please.
